From Jaimal Singh: Lots of Love to my obedient son, Babu Sawan Singh, and to Babu Gulab Singh, Chanan Singh, Narain Singh, Basant Singh and all the other Satsangis.

A long time has passed since a letter came from your side and this has me quite worried. Please write to me about your health as soon as you receive this letter. The main Satsang hall has been painted; all the work on it is now finished. I am of the mind that the small rooms, the durbar hall, and the upper-storey rooms should all be painted white. The ceilings too should be painted white, and the doors and windows, brown. Immediately upon receiving this letter, please send me four brushes and two canisters of Bolander’s linseed oil. Send two canisters of brown paint as well, the proviso being that you are to send them soon if the three buildings are to be painted.

Please call Fazal Din the painter if you have found some work for him. He is capable of doing very good work – his work is flawless. Best wishes on behalf of Bibi Ji. Keep doing your Bhajan and Simran. Convey my greetings to Nanak Singh.
