Warmest greetings from Jaimal Singh to my obedient son, Babu Sawan Singh.

Dear son

I will either take the mail train leaving here on Tuesday, 26 November, the 12th of Maghar1, at 1 p.m. to reach Rawalpindi at 3 a.m. and shall need someone to meet me at the railway station. Or if I do not catch that train, I will take the one leaving Beas at 6 p.m., arriving at Rawalpindi railway station at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 November. The day of departure will still be Tuesday, whether at 1 p.m. or 6 p.m. in the evening. That day, someone should be definitely at the railway station. I shall come as the will of Hazur commands it. He can do whatever pleases Him.

Do your Bhajan and Simran every day, my son. Give my warm greetings to Basant Singh and Chanan Singh. Bibi sends best regards to you, her true brother. Best regards from Bibi and everyone at the Dera.
