Warmest greetings from Jaimal Singh to my obedient son, Babu Sawan Singh.

Your money order of 400 rupees has been received. I did not acknowledge each instalment separately because of shortage of paper. A total of 400 has been received up to 1 October. The work on the building is now in full swing, and money is being duly spent on it. The wages of the masons and carpenters, however, have not yet been paid. Three hundred and twenty rupees were spent on the timber. It is expected that, in addition to these 400 rupees, 200 more will see the whole construction through. I shall write to you later about the progress of the building. At present I do not have much time to write. This was simply to let you know that the money has been received.

Please do as much Bhajan and Simran daily as you can. It all goes to your credit.

Convey my Love to all the Satsangis. Bibi’s warm regards to you, her dear brother; Bibi’s warm regards also to all the Satsangis. A two-foot wide cupboard has been built in each of the five small rooms. Reply soon with full details. You will go Home, my son.
