From Jaimal Singh: Sri Wahiguru Ji ki Fateh to my obedient sons, Babu Sawan Singh and Pritam Singh.

May the Grace and Mercy of the compassionate Hazur be upon you all the time.

Your letter has been received and I am absolutely delighted to learn that you are fine and that all has gone well with your return to work. Earlier, because of the hot weather I was worried about your return, hoping that it had gone well.

However much work there may be, please keep writing to me regularly. All work, official or otherwise, is being done by the merciful Hazur Himself. In His Shabd Dhun form, He is ever present in each hair, in each and every part of the body. Inside and outside, he is always with us. The Satguru is ever present within us. Listen with Love to the Shabd Dhun, which is resounding in our bodies with every breath. Whether for an hour or two, or for fifteen minutes, or ten, or five, whatever free time you have, you must listen to It regularly. Do your Simran mentally while carrying on your worldly activities. Walking or moving around, it has to be done every day, my son.

The news of the well: everything is ready; we are trying to arrange for the bricks urgently. Everyone is anxious that the well be sunk, and you are urging it too. Therefore, send whatever you wish – whether 100 rupees or more – but send it immediately upon receiving this letter. Others have written to say that they too will send money and that we should sink the well. So I am trying to move quickly. You too should reply quickly because the brick supplier wants 100 rupees in advance.

The work, my son, will be done by the Lord Himself. We are not capable of doing anything – the doer of everything is the compassionate Hazur Himself. Whatever is His will and Grace, that will come to pass. He will do as it pleases Him, and I, too, am content and happy in His will.

The name of the young man has slipped my mind; please convey my Wahiguru Ji ki Fateh to him. We will have all the Satsangis contribute to the well, but things are not quite ready yet. So now make an effort – all your other work has been done by the compassionate Hazur.

Please accept best wishes from Bibi; also from Dasaundha Singh and all the other Satsangis.

Whatever the compassionate Hazur does will be all for the good. Every instant He is with us. One day He will take us to Sach Khand, His Real and True Home. Even now He is with us – He is bestowing His gracious Mercy upon us all the time.

Please write about yourself more frequently. I will come when you send me a letter, but now is the time to concentrate our efforts on the well. We are not capable of doing anything, the compassionate Hazur will be doing it all Himself.
