5. One obtains it by keeping the Company of Saints and listening to Their Discourses:
The ambrosia is obtained in the company of the Saints. Oh Nanak, blessed is the body of such a one.
Joining the Sat Sangat, the Company of the Holy, the Lord’s sublime essence is obtained. Says Nanak, how fruitful is that body.
Guru Arjan Dev –
Adi Granth, Asa M5, p. 374In the company of the Saints one gathers the Divine Ambrosia; and meeting with the Master, the fear of death departs.
In the Sat Sangat, the Company of the Holy, the subtle essence of the Lord is obtained; meeting the Guru, the fear of death departs.

By great good fortune, one joins the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, and then, one comes to savor the subtle essence of the Lord.

I search for and seek out my Beloved Lord God, Hari, Hari. Joining the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, I have obtained the subtle essence of the Lord.
